Let's go to Los Angeles!! It's been awhile- WooHoo- I love traveling! First stop, Wolf Mountain Sanctuary! One of my bucket list to see beautiful wolves! Hmm...The sign needs to upgrade... It was SO hot out (more than 100F). Wolf said, "Human time..(sigh) my early shift begins with these two...(sigh)" "HEY, heeey human, where are my carrots!!??" I brought carrots (organic!) for them but I was not allowed to feed them at that time :( "HEY human, got it, got it! I'll pose...where are my carrots?" The guide repeatedly told us they are not dogs. But you know....I want one!!! His big face didn't fit for selfie- "Carrots?" There was one more human friendly wolf. She is 15 years old, an oldest wolf at the sanctuary. "Oh hey, human:)" She was a friendly grandma. Just like this! I was so happy to meet 11 wolves. They were rescued from hunting in Alaska and from abusive owners. We found a cafe 247 for lunch. Home made Chiiiips! As soon as I got to the Airbnb, I had to jump in the water to rejuvenate! Next stop, Natural History Museum! Next stop, Anime Expo!!!! Check out the VIZ Media Blog! SO MANY people! I heard it was twice much bigger than last year! At the Food Wars panel, the creator, Yūto Tsukuda had to challenge some American snacks: Spicy Cheetos! It was a huge surprise for me when they played a manga trailer I worked on!!! I got super emotional seeing and hearing fans' reactions. The creator loved it, that means a lot! Thank you so much!...

Palm Springs Trip Report September 18-20, 2015 Underwater Healer About Face in Palm Springs! This is my first time traveling to Palm Springs! I was super excited to find out about this new place! A little about PS trip: A 3 time cancer survivor and my good friend Nancy is one of the supporters for this project. When I approached her for this year's photos shoot, she was happy to do it! But she wanted to pay her own session and take me to her best friend, Don's house in Palm Springs because he has a beautiful pool! And I can reach out to other survivors. 40th birthday with sharks in Hawaii

40th birthday with sharks in Hawaii I've been busy lately! I was in Santa Monica for a presentation at Apple Store few weeks ago, I hosted a Sumo wrestling birthday BBQ party and I just came back from Hawaii! I was in Oahu for 5 hours last year to meet a cancer survivor, Amber and my friend, Kimi. We had such a great time doing underwater photo shoot but it was too short! I'm glad I'm back on the island for 5 days this time. On my birthday, we did a PELAGIC MARINE ANIMAL RESEARCH DIVE to see sandbar sharks! I was so excited! They came so close to us! We were super lucky to have 100ft visibility! so beautiful... They love to play with the bubbles from the boat! So cute! I felt like I was in a dream, swimming in the deep blue and seeing 20 sandbar sharks. I'm so happy with this shot! Juan and Ocean are so knowledgeable, confident and humble about sharks and the ocean conservation. I had an awesome time at California Academy of Sciences last night! Thank you, Betty for contacting me and curating the show. I absolutely LOVE NightLife. I couldn't get to walk around much to check out other events but I would definitely go back there again to check it out. My stuff was right next to the penguins. Butterfly totem　蝶に伝わった私のエネジー

I hope you had a great July 4th weekend! I was at Bass Lake during the day with bunch of friends. I haven't been there since the last August. We cut the traffic with motorcycle and got to the place pretty quick! We hiked for 2 miles going through some tree tunnels and got to the water finally! We jumped in with our inflatable tubes and floats. (so cute to see big kids who ride Harley) The water was so warm but my underwater camera was not really good for the muggy water :( When we were hanging out floating, a butterfly landed on my leg, suddenly. It was rare to see it on me and I was told to search for the butterfly totem and I did when I got home. I was shocked to read what it was. The butterfly symbolizes a personal transformation, changes in your life. This is exactly what I want and going through to make it happen right now. I'm launching a fundraising campaign called Underwater Healer, About Face. About Face means to change the attitudes, views and turn things around 180 degrees. It's for the cancer survivors but also for myself. I'm looking to change something big! The best morning therapy

I go swimming about twice a week. I like the quietness and the emptiness in the early morning. I brought my underwater iPod the other day. I discovered the music helped a lot to keep the steady rhythm of my strokes and kicks. I was amazed how smoothly I was swimming and breathing. At the end of the hour, I decided to float on the surface and listen to the music. It was the perfect way to cool down and to relax before I get out the water. I had the best morning ever! I actually use my iPod for my clients. They all love it!
