My name is Katie Shute and I’m 41 years old. I was diagnosed with Stage 2 invasive ductal and lobular breast cancer in November 2013 at age 40. And I found out at my work.

Erena made me feel much more comfortable. I was nervous but she was amazing! One of the sweetest women I’ve ever met. She is strong, smart, all around bad-ass! My daughter was there as a makeup artist. She did a beautiful work on my face and she stayed there to support me.

I absolutely recommend this underwater portrait photo session to other survivors. Erena made me feel loved and beautiful.
